In this portrait, titled "Frustration," you can just feel the despair and hopelessness. It reminds us of the photos taken during the great depression. It was with a heavy heart that Wendy Holsapple created this lino block print in 2020. Her heart hasn't gotten any lighter lately but she does look forward to us donating a 10% to organizations that are working towards economic fairness.

Paper: Hosho is a traditional, high-quality kozo paper which is strong and absorbent. Laid lines are visible and the paper naturally creases along these lines and intended to be part of the print. It is natural white and acid-free, with deckled edges. Weight is 85 gsm. This is a lightweight paper.
